On November 8, the 4th China Innovation Challenge (Zhejiang) and the 2019 Zhejiang Province Technical Needs "Zhangbang Recruitment" Competition High-end Equipment Manufacturing Industry Field Competition kicked off in Xinchang. The event is guided by the Ministry of Science and Technology, hosted by the Torch Center of the Ministry of Science and Technology, and the Science and Technology Department of Zhejiang Province. Longquan Zhongtai Automobile Air Conditioning Co., Ltd., a technology demanding enterprise in our city, was shortlisted for the live competition.
The on-site competition adopts a road show method, including two links of plan competition and price competition, and the first, second, and third prizes are determined based on this, and the awards are 80,000, 50,000 and 20,000 yuan respectively. For technical requirements that have been screened by experts and officially released, such as a successful contract signing in the later stage, 20% of the actual transaction amount will be subsidized, up to 2 million yuan. The Longquan Zhongtai Automobile Air Conditioning Co., Ltd. technical requirement project "Development of a complete set of on-line detection device for electromagnetic clutch" was challenged by the challenger Ke Haisen team from China Jiliang University and Zou Xiyong team from Hangzhou Liangyi Technology Co., Ltd. After fierce competition, the two teams scored respectively. 91.20 points and 87.20 points won the second and third prizes of this live competition. The Ke Haisen team of China Jiliang University signed a cooperation agreement with the enterprise.
It is understood that a total of 210 enterprise technical problems were collected in the early stage of the province. After expert review, 15 technical requirements were shortlisted for the field challenge. The on-site challenge provides a platform for exchanges and cooperation between technology demanding enterprises and R&D units. Through the “recruitment of talents”, the potential technological needs of enterprises can be mobilized, and they can also enjoy corresponding financial subsidies and tax preferential policies; "Competition", "good quality and low price" technical solutions can stand out, effectively solve the problems encountered by enterprises, and inject strong impetus into enterprise technological innovation and industrial transformation and upgrading.
